<p>As a technician, you’ve been able to assign yourself to a ticket, and today we’re enhancing that functionality.</p>



<p>Now, technicians can subscribe other technicians to their tickets, simplifying the ticketing notification process even further.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p>When subscribed to a ticket, a technician will receive alerts just as if they were the main technician on the ticket.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>RepairShopr has now added the ability to add ticket time and notes on behalf of a technician!</p>



<p>The new capability allows MSP owners and billing admins to add missed time on tickets as part of their regular approve and post process. The feature requires a new security permission to control access to designated users.</p>

<p>Hey RepairShoprs &#8212; Happy Friday!</p>



<p>Today we are introducing a new path to speed up bundle creation and make it easier to build out Estimates and Invoices on-the-fly for your customers. You can now create Bundles directly from the Estimate and Invoice Detail pages. No more needing to click your way into the Inventory system to build them out!</p>



<p><strong>We&#8217;ll be releasing this feature in waves throughout the day today (July 2nd, 2021). You will receive an in-app notification once the feature is live on your account.</strong></p>

<p>Hey RepairShoprs &#8212; Happy Friday!</p>



<p>Today&#8217;s the day, Custom Labels are now available within the RepairShopr platform.</p>



<p>Using the new canvas-based editor, you can customize Asset, Customer, Product and Ticket labels to your liking.</p>



<p>You can do things such as:</p>



<ol><li>Change the size (dimensions) of the label itself</li><li>Drag various elements around within the label canvas you&#8217;re working with</li><li>Upload and adjust the height/width of images</li><li>Add and remove elements as you see fit</li><li>Add and edit text within a text box (including the use of template tags)</li></ol>

<p>Hey RepairShoprs &#8212; Happy Friday!</p>



<p>Today we’re excited to be delivering a highly-requested feature update to AutoPrinter.</p>



<p>If you&#8217;ve ever thought to yourself, &#8220;I wish all of these pages would just print themselves when I open tickets,&#8221; you can now enable a brand new version of AutoPrinter from the RepairShopr App Center, allowing you to do just that.</p>



<p>We’ve made several serious upgrades to this handy tool, including a large user interface lift to simplify navigation, a massive backend overhaul to increase performance and stability, and a more secure way to enable this tool on your machine.</p>



<p>In addition, any updates made to AutoPrinter will now automatically push to the new version.</p>

<p>Today we&#8217;re sharing an additional email template we&#8217;ve added to the &#8220;PDF/Email Templates&#8221; section of your RepairShopr account.</p>



<p>This new, optional ticket template sends when tickets are marked as resolved, so you can send a customized email to your customers when you complete work on their tickets. Simply enable this email setting in the &#8220;Ticket Settings&#8221; section of your account, customize your &#8220;Ticket Resolved Email&#8221; template, and create a better experience for your customers!</p>

<p>Hey RepairShoprs &#8212; Happy Wednesday!</p>



<p>Today we&#8217;re announcing a user-requested update to the way a ticket&#8217;s billing status is denoted on a ticket.</p>



<p>We&#8217;re removing the &#8220;Invoiced&#8221; ticket status altogether, and replacing it with a static field denoting whether the ticket is Non-Billable, Invoice Required, Invoiced, or Partially Invoiced. We&#8217;re also adding this as a filter in your Saved Ticket Searches, a sortable column on the Tickets list page, and as an available condition in Ticket Automations.</p>



<p><strong>This feature will be released tomorrow (January 21st, 2021).</strong></p>



<p><em>Please be sure to update any related Ticket Automations or Ticket Saved Searches you have that may have been utilizing the old ticket invoiced status with the new Billing Status field instead. Reference your email for more information about this update.</em></p>
