Introducing the RepairShopr + Mobile Defenders integration

Today we’re proud to unveil our new Mobile Defenders Parts electronic ordering integration!

The new RepairShopr and Mobile Defenders integration aims to save you time by streamlining your parts ordering workflow. By integrating your Mobile Defenders and RepairShopr accounts, you can complete a “direct checkout” to easily purchase inventory from Mobile Defenders right from within RepairShopr. 

Once you connect the integration and do a couple set up steps, the workflow will look like this:

Now your dSS Heartbeats have a nice dashboard that you can configure alerts for, and your reports will be attached to the Asset/Ticket like you always wanted.

D7 is the premier technician tool for computer repair techs. This tool allows you to automate scans and repairs, and much much more. Now you can configure d7 to prompt you for a Work Order/Ticket number when you start a job, and it will automatically attach the report to your ticket in RepairShopr.

Just head over to the App Center in RepairShopr to check out the settings page.

Then you’ll see the settings page where you can configure alerts and see some basic instructions.

And finally when you get your dSS Heartbeats configured to email into RepairShopr you’ll get a new heartbeat dashboard:

How It Works

1. Visit the App Center in RepairShopr to get your subdomain and API key.

2. Log in to your Tech Portal at RepairTech and click on Integrations to enter your subdomain and API key.

That’s it!

Now you’ll be able to add the ticket number in the tool or the Tech Portal site;

and those reports will start to show up in RepairShopr:
